Preppartnr does not store, share, or sell your voice recordings. Audio collected during practice sessions is converted locally into ephemeral text prompts and analyzed entirely in secure transient memory sessions.

Our policy strictly adheres to GDPR (Right to Erasure, Right to Access), CCPA, Illinois BIPA, and APAC PDPA frameworks.

Zero Retention Voice Data

No raw audio recordings or voiceprints are permanently stored. Microphone data is streamed for real-time transcription and immediately destroyed. Only text-based evaluations and numeric feedback scores are persisted.

Data Retention & Deletion

Active account data is retained while your account is active. Inactive accounts (24 months) are automatically purged. You may request full deletion at any time — data is purged within 48 hours.
